Excellent little spot for sushi, sake, tea, and other authentic Japanese delights. I’ve only been once so far, but was thoroughly impressed and can’t wait to go back. This place is small and easy to miss if you don’t know it’s there, yet I believe they’ve been in operation for more than 15 years — a testament to their quality and service.

Best sushi I have had in the Twin Cities and I have been to a lot of different places. It is pretty small which I think allows them to have a lot of quality control when it comes to the fish and rice. The temperature is on point and the sushi is prepared perfectly. My wife got a rice bowl which was also really good. The service was great and the location is really cool. A very unique spot with great sushi. GO HERE!

Constantly amazed by what gets voted as good sushi in the Twin Cities. This was no exception to the rule of disappointment after reading rave reviews. Not to mention, they were out of nearly half of what we tried to order. Service was awkward and took away from the rare weekend shared meal out that we tried to salvage. Confident I would not go back.

The service was so incredibly slow. Some items were missing from our order that we never got and we had to request some things twice. The sake cocktails were overly sweet. The drinks came slow. The food came slow. The gyoza was good. The sushi got mixed reviews from our group. Some said it was good some said it was just okay. Definitely bummed out with the experience.

It's our favorite sushi place - not fancy, but top notch sushi for the region and affordable. Midori makes all the sushi I think. They have a special every day of the week. They can also be busy, so you might want reservations or to get there early.
